About Us

Mary Helen, Natalie, and Courtney have been working together to plan magical vacations since 2021. And we’re so excited to welcome our newest team member, Kimberly, to our crew!

In our partnership, we discovered a knack for helping other moms manage the details of their vacations. We realized that our personal experiences gave us a unique perspective on traveling with littles - to Disney and beyond.

Mini Mouse Counselors grew out of a desire to help other moms have stress-free vacations. We manage the details, so you don’t have to think about them. From transportation to dining reservations to itinerary planning and everything in between, our hands-on approach will ensure your vacation is as seamless as possible.
